still on the theme of desire lines, i thought this was appropriate. It's part of a fence that runs alongside Peckham park and I couldn't even begin to comprehend what had caused this to happen. Then I observed it's a hot spot for learner drivers to practice their 3point turns...although i'm a little doubtful a learner could make this much of a mess...
